Available in six or ten courses, vegan or vegetarian upon request, their curated selection of bites and small plates is nothing short of a gastronomic adventure. The meticulously crafted starters and courses—best enjoyed with wine, cocktail, or non-alcoholic pairings—are designed around sustainably sourced seasonal ingredients from farmers, fishermen, and artisans across the region, guaranteeing an ever-evolving tasting menu to excite those seeking both the familiar and the unknown.
