A Mano
In a city with its fair share of Italian restaurants, A Mano stands out by keeping to the basics. Its name, which translates to “by hand” in English, is a nod to its faithful approach to the beloved cuisine. Signature dishes like the Garganelli Bianco and Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe shine because of their fresh handmade pasta, while pizzas like the Stracciatella and Bismarck are favorites because of their hand-stretched dough. What completes the dining experience here, however, is how they treat every guest like family.
Run by Amado Forés (the son of Asia’s Best Female Chef 2016 Margarita Forés), A Mano prides itself as a place where good food and genuine care are always on the menu. In its earlier days, their Power Plant Mall branch was perpetually booked until their expansion to the busier districts of Araneta City and Bonifacio Global City. Today, A Mano is ranked 12th in Asia Pacific and 70th worldwide on 50 Top Pizza’s best pizzerias list. They also sit in 90th place at the Best Pizza Awards.
A Mano is available in Makati City, Quezon City, and Bonifacio Global City. They’re open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., depending on the branch. You may contact them at [email protected].
