WATCH: 'Hello, Love, Again' official teaser out now
Excited to know what’s next for Joy and Ethan? The official teaser for Hello, Love, Again is here!
Sparkle GMA Artist Center and Star Cinema dropped a short clip from the upcoming film starring Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards on Monday, Sept. 16.
The one-minute teaser paid tribute to Overseas Filipino Workers in different parts of the world.
“Home is where the heart is, and saying goodbye is never easy. As we build our future searching for a better life, the journey can take us around the world, giving us stories of sacrifice, hope, [and] new beginnings,” the caption read.
The video also showed snippets from previous OFW-themed films like Anak (2000), Dubai (2005), and the 2019 film Hello, Love, Goodbye.
“Para sa mga taong nangangarap, we say I love you by saying goodbye,” it added. “This year, we will come home, we will love again, we will find joy.”
The clip then gave a look at an excited Ethan (played by Richards) and a surprised Joy (played by Bernardo) meeting anew at an airport.
Fans can get tickets for the soon-to-be-released film as early as now. They're on sale at SM Cinemas and Robinsons Movieworld’s websites and ticket booths nationwide.
Directed by Cathy Garcia-Sampana, the upcoming offering is set to hit cinemas on Nov. 13. It follows the story of bartender Ethan and domestic helper Joy who finally meet again in Canada, five years after putting an end to their romance in Hong Kong.
It's a follow-up to the 2019 blockbuster film Hello, Love, Goodbye, which showed them falling in love in Hong Kong but later getting confronted with challenges surrounding their different plans in life.
The cast and crew started filming for the sequel in Canada in late July and officially wrapped up last month.
