AKIKO THOMSON GUEVARA, The Philippine STAR

Akiko Thomson Guevara was a national swimmer for 10 years, three-time Olympian (1988, 1992, 1996), and five-time SEA Games bet with seven gold medals. She and her Filipino husband, Chips Guevara, have three children, Noah, Elijah and Sachiko. She was a TV host, PSC Commissioner and a swim school operator. She finished Anthropology at the University of California, Berkeley, and took her Master’s in Business Administration at the Ateneo de Manila University.
