Clara Rita Padilla

Clara Rita "Claire" A. Padilla is a feminist lawyer and human rights advocate. She is the founder and executive director of EnGendeRights and the Spokesperson of the Philippine Safe Abortion Advocacy Network (PINSAN). She drafted the bill entitled, "A Bill Decriminalizing Induced Abortion to Save the Lives of Women, Girls and Persons with Diverse Gender Identities" launched in 2020.
