Their first meeting
Most friendships always start with a hilarious start. Anntonia and Michelle had two different versions of their first meetings that had the internet laughing as they tried to justify whose version was more accurate while getting ‘unready’ together.
In both their versions, one of them appeared to be more uninterested in the other. However, the pair also explained that the fitting sessions for the pageant were busy, which may have contributed to their first impressions.
Good thing they made it through the rough first greetings and became the beauty queen best friends that they are now!

Michelle and Anntonia seemed to be enjoying their time in El Salvador together even doing TikToks in between rehearsals. Michelle even captioned the post with their duo’s hashtag #PORDEE.

'Mommy' and 'Daddy' nicknames
Yes, they do have nicknames for each other already!
In a live hosted by the two girls, Anntonia talked about their nicknames, "Mommy" and "Daddy," where she said that Michelle complains about having to be the "Daddy." Michelle explained that she must have earned the nickname due to her surname, Dee.

Our friends have this ability to know how to cheer us up. Right after the announcement of the Miss Universe 2023, Anntonia recalled that she was on the verge of tears as she walked back to join the rest of the delegates. Good thing Michelle immediately went to her to give her a comforting hug and sweet smile to let her know that she's there for her.
Post-announcement photos online showed Anntonia leaning against Michelle, whose arms were around her, with a smile on her face. That’s real girlhood right there!
Anntonia says Michelle is her 'rock'
Anntonia has nothing but sweet words for Michelle. In one of her IG lives, Anntonia described Michelle as someone sweet and funny. "After we started talking during rehearsal, we kind of could never be apart. And I really really love her. She is so sweet and she's so funny," she said.
She added how they have the same sense of humor, and that Michelle is her "rock."
"I love that because she gets me, she understands me. And we've been inseparable ever since. She helps me with a lot of things. She's my rock," Anntonia said.
