How Anne Curtis maintains her toned body, according to her trainer

Anne Curtis wowed her followers with her toned physique, inspiring them to break a sweat and make their goals happen for their health and fitness.
The actress recently shared some snaps from her Boracay trip on Instagram with the caption: "Beach, please."
"I need a tan and so does my kilikyler," she wrote, adding a laughing emoji.
Her IG carousel was flooded with fire emojis as well as praise from her followers, including her friends in the showbiz industry.
“Ito na talaga yung sign para magpapayat ako,” singer Maricris Garcia commented.
“HOWWWWW,” TV and events host Carmela Tunay wrote.
“Wala pa pong summer, paki-delete po please,” a social media user joked.
“Girl, you are on fire!” another one said.
Her trainer Gabb Rosario told PhilSTAR L!fe that Anne trains five times a week. “We always train the whole body every session, but with added emphasis on the core muscles,” he said.
According to Gabb, he makes her do core exercises such as sit-ups, leg raises, twists, planks, and V-ups, among others to tone and strengthen her abs in particular.
When asked for some advice on achieving Anne’s figure and strength, Gabb stressed that it’s all about making time for health and fitness. “Consistency is key, and of course, a proper diet is the main ingredient,” he said.
