Pamela Anderson's new memoir reveals that Tim Allen flashed her when she was 23
In her upcoming memoir, Pamela Anderson tells her story from being the Playboy cover girl in the 1990s to Hollywood's blonde bombshell, which included the disturbing incident wherein she was flashed by co-actor Tim Allen.
According to a Variety report, the Canadian-American actress and model said that the incident happened in 1991 at the set of Home Improvement, a sitcom where she and Tim were part of. Pamela played Lisa "the tool girl" while Tim played Tim Taylor.
Pamela recalled the incident in her memoir: "On the first day of filming, I walked out of my dressing room, and Tim was in the hallway in his robe. He opened his robe and flashed me quickly—completely naked underneath.”
Pamela shared that Tim said it was only fair, given that she already saw him naked; Pamela assumed that Tim was referring to her modeling for Playboy magazine, which paved the way to her becoming a sex symbol.
“Now we’re even. I laughed uncomfortably,” says Pamela, detailing her response to Tim’s remark.
Tim, who was 37 at that time, denied the incident. “No, it never happened. I would never do such a thing,” he told Variety in the statement.
Apart from Home Improvement, Pamela is also best known for being one of the casts of Baywatch, Raw Justice, and Barb Wire, among others.
Her memoir book, titiled Love, Pamela, will be available to the public on Jan.31, along with the Netflix documentary Pamela, a love story.
