'Real queens support each other': Heart Evangelista on making amends with Marian Rivera

Heart Evangelista is happy that she and Marian Rivera are friends again.

At Zalora's 11.11 Grand Celebration, Heart spoke about her rekindled friendship with Marian and revealed where her relationship stands with the GMA artist.

"Ako, hindi ako nagpapa-interview 'cause I don't want to be anything that's for publicity. Something like that should be from your heart," she told Aubrey Carampel of GMA Integrated News.

"And you know, Marian and I, we've always liked each other," she added. "Because real queens support each other."

Heart said that she and Marian have always been amicable and that their renewed friendship was only a "matter of time."

The socialite and actress also expressed her appreciation to Marian, whom she said has a kind heart.

"She has a very strong character but I really appreciate her kindness and just her heart," Heart said.

Heart shared that she doesn't want any more enemies and that her situation is a testament that sometimes, it's the people around her that make things worse.

She said: "Sometimes, it's not the person who is our real enemy, it's the people around that make it worse. So I'm happy."

"I think for me what's important, in the real world, we're okay," Heart added.

It can be recalled that Heart and Marian followed each other on Instagram recently after years of rumors that they had a feud.

The two actresses allegedly had a falling out after their 2011 comedy film Temptation Island, after they both expressed interest in getting paired with each other's real-life partners.
