Fire effects nearly burn Jaehyuk of K-pop group TREASURE during Bangkok concert

Jaehyuk of TREASURE almost got burned onstage during the K-pop group’s recently concluded concert in Bangkok. 

According to a report by K-entertainment site Allkpop, the singer was standing next to the machine when it let out some fire for special effects during one of their performances. Thankfully, he was alert and was able to run away from it immediately to protect himself from the flames. 

The media outlet reported that while he escaped a major injury, Jaehyuk “was seen wearing a large band-aid on his right hand during his next appearance.”

When he came back onstage, he told his supporters that he applied ointment on the affected hand and assured them there was “no problem at all now.” To which, another TREASURE member said: “Thank goodness.” 

TREASURE debuted as a 13-member boy band in 2019 under YG Entertainment. They are best known for their hit songs Darari, Hello, Jikjin, and Going Crazy, among others.

Now active with 10 members, TREASURE is set to conquer the Philippine stage on April 14 and 15 as part of their HELLO world tour.
