Lorin Bektas marked her 21st birthday with her nearest and dearest in style.
As seen on her Instagram page, the eldest daughter of Ruffa Gutierrez turned another year older with a intimate party with a fancy floral theme. For her birthday celebration, Lorin opted for an white off-shoulder mini dress with flowers on the upper and lower hemlines.
Lorin highlighted that she was "surrounded by love" during her special day as her party was attended by her family and close celebrity friends including Andrea Brillantes.
Also in the mix were former couple Sunshine Cruz and Cesar Montano's daughters Angelina, Sam and Chesca as well as Sharon Cuneta and Kiko Pangilinan's daughters Frankie and Miel.
Julia Barretto's brother Leon also made sure to be at Lorin's party.
"Welcoming my 21st year with people I love dearly. Wanted something intimate, meaningful, and reflective of my personality and my vision came to life! A big thank you to everyone who made this night a success despite the last minute planning," Lorin wrote on her post.
Amid the celebrations, Ruffa took the time to pen a sweet message for her daughter as she welcomed her into adulthood.
"As you embrace new adventures ahead, I celebrate your dedication to your studies, your commitment to helping the community, your work ethic but also the wonderful person you’ve become," the actress wrote.
"May you continue to make us proud. We love you, Lorini Pie! Thank you for filling our lives with love and lots of laughter. Career muna bago ang love, k? Happy 21st birthday my Lorini Pie!" she added.
Days after her birthday, Lorin partnered with non-profit organization Kythe Foundation Inc. to help children with cancer and other illnesses as part of her birthday outreach. She gave away essentials such as groceries and hygiene kits to children and their families in need.
"Cancer is a cause that hits particularly close to home so it was incredibly meaningful to work with Kythe Foundation Inc. to give back to children who have fought it with so much bravery and strength," Lorin highlighted.
"Their liveliness and joy that I experienced on this day has moved me forever, and I hope we were able to give them happy memories and a good time, as they deserve nothing less," she added.
Andrea, Leon, and a few of Lorin's other friends were also there to support her cause.
Lorin is Ruffa’s daughter with her ex-husband, Turkish businessman Yilmaz Bektas. She also has a younger sister named Venice.
