Sarah Lahbati opened up about her different realizations on life as she turned another year older.

The celebrity mom took to her broadcast channel on Monday, Oct. 14 to celebrate her personal milestone of realizing the beauty of contentment.

“How beautiful it is to feel contentment from such a pure, simple, and real space. As I turn 31, I’m overwhelmed by a sweetness that flows from within,” she began.

She added, “I’ve come to realize that I don’t need anyone but myself, and that no one can save me but me. This independence isn’t a burden; it’s a liberation.”

The Lumuhod Ka Sa Lupa star said that despite being self-reliant, she has learned to find joy in giving and receiving love, expressing gratitude for the “few real friends” she met and have stood by her through her "lowest lows and most beautiful highs.”

Sarah, who celebrated her birthday on Oct. 9, also expressed her love to her sons, Zion and Kai, whom she shares with her ex-husband Richard Gutierrez. She referred to them as little ones who “fill [her] days with purpose and joy.”

“We’ve carved out our paradise in the embrace of the ocean, a sanctuary we always return to. It’s in those waves that we find solace, no matter if life is soaring or crashing around us. The ocean is our constant, a reminder that in the ebb and flow of life, we can always find our way back to peace,” she wrote.

“I feel thankful—and proud—that I’ve shed the need to please anyone but myself. This inner peace, this sense of self-worth, is more valuable than anything the world has to offer. My life, my family, my friends—they are my world, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything,” Sarah continued.

“Here’s to embracing the realness of life, to love, and to all the beautiful moments yet to come,” she concluded.

Sarah recently attended shows of Marie Adam-Leenaerdt, Litvoska, Vogue Philippines’ “Vogue Threads,” and more at the recently concluded Paris Fashion Week.

She previously reflected on her debut at the prestigious event, saying it's "surreal" how far she's come since last year.

"It’s a bit surreal to think back to a time when I felt… lost, my spirit weighed down and the light seemed distant. Yet, here I am, embracing my dreams in a city that feels like a second home," she wrote in an Instagram post.

After months of split rumors, Sarah confirmed she's single in March this year. She and Richard have been co-parenting Kai and Zion since they called it quits. The two got married in 2020 after dating for eight years.
