ENHYPEN, IVE, LE SSERAFIM and more to be featured in docuseries 'K-pop Generation'
Some of today's biggest K-pop acts in one show? Yes, it is possible.
In case you missed it, South Korean streaming platform TVING announced on Jan. 11 that it releasing a documentary series, titled K-Pop Generation, on Jan. 26 (KST).
According to a Soompi report, the new docuseries will provide fans with a deep dive into the influence of K-pop around the world, as it tackles the lives of K-pop artists behind the cameras.
It will feature big names in the industry, particularly Kangta, Leeteuk of Super Junior, Sunmi, Minho of SHINee, 2PM, Highlight, Suho of EXO, Hwasa of MAMAMOO, Doyoung of NCT, Stray Kids, TXT, AleXa, ENHYPEN, IVE, and LE SSERAFIM.
In addition to appearances from famous South Korean stars, K-pop Generation will showcase perspectives from fans and experts across the globe, TVING said in a press release.
Foreign bands who were inspired by K-pop will also appear in the series to tackle K-pop's impact on the global music industry, namely Japan’s J01 and NiziU, and the Philippines' own SB19.
