Kathryn Bernardo's friends unfollow Andrea Brillantes amid rumors of betrayal

After news broke that Kathryn Bernardo and Andrea Brillantes have unfollowed each other on Instagram, the former's celebrity friends, appear to have joined the star in cutting communication lines with the latter. 

Earlier this week, eagle-eyed fans noticed that Andrea is no longer on the following list of both Loisa Andalio and Miles Ocampo.

Loisa first met Kathryn in 2015, when Kathryn and Daniel, or KathNiel, visited the set of Pinoy Big Brother where Loisa was one of its housemates. Meanwhile, Kathryn and Miles have been friends since both actresses took part in the gag show Going Bulilit way back 2006.

The development comes as Kathryn, Daniel, and Andrea are all ensnarled in rumors of betrayal that KathNiel fans alleged to have stemmed from Ogie Diaz's Nov. 8 vlog.

In the video uploaded on Ogie's YouTube channel, the talent manager cited rumors that the couple had already broken up. He clarified there was no confirmation about what he heard from his supposed source and hoped it wasn’t true.

He said that according to his source, Andrea was involved in the breakup as she was secretly seeing Daniel.

The couple, as well as Andrea, have yet to comment on the issue.

Kathryn and Daniel debuted as a love team in 2011 through the teleserye Growing Up and have since starred in several films and teleseryes, including 2015's Pangako Sa 'Yo where Andrea played Daniel's younger sister.
