Kim Chiu's 'panglinis' OOTD gets funny reactions from fans: 'Pwede mo nang ilampaso mga bashers mo'

It's Showtime host Kim Chiu made the rounds on social media with her recent Instagram post showing her unique OOTD. 

The actress flexed her outfit made of basic household items like rags and fabric scraps on social media on Thursday, July 6. "Basahan at retaso. Basura man sa inyong paningin, may nagmamahal at magmahal din. Category is 'panglinis' Avant Garde," the 33-year-old wrote in the caption of her IG carousel. 

Her "panglinis" OOTD garnered mixed reactions from netizens, with some of them leaving hilarious remarks in the comment section.

"Pwede mo nang ilampaso mga bashers mo," one user commented. 

"Kaya pala nawala basahan naman [namin] sa pinto, kinuha mo pala. Pakibalik pagkatapos mo gamitin hahaha love you," another one said.

"Kaya pala naubos at hindi makita sa bahay, naisuot mo na pala," a netizen joked. 

"Kapag tinulak po ba kita sa pool, mahihigop lahat ng tubig sa pool?" another user wrote. 

Some IG users also praised Kim's outfit and noted how she was able to pull it off.

"Grabe talaga ang nag-iisang Kim Chiu! Kahit anong isuot, pak na pak pa rin!" an Internet user said.

"Literal na basahan but still looks awesome," wrote another. 

The fit was part of her promotion for her new Amazon Original series Fitcheck Confessions of an Ukay Queen, which premiered earlier this week. It tells the story of Melanie (played by Kim) who sells secondhand clothes locally known as "ukay-ukay" as she pursues her dream of becoming a fashion designer one day. Directed by Nuel Naval, the eight-episode show also stars Jake Ejercito, Angel Aquino, Kylie Verzosa, and Christopher De Leon.
