Carla Abellana lowers price of condo unit even further—from P14 million to P11.3 million

Carla Abellana announced in an Instagram post on Saturday, June 24 that she has lowered the price of her condo unit even further. “Waaaaay below market value now,” she wrote as she shared some photos of her former living space.
With a southeast orientation, the fully furnished unit is located on the 25th floor of The Grove by Rockwell in Pasig City.
According to its Carousell listing, the condo space has one bedroom “but part of the dining/living room was converted into a second bedroom/den,” one toilet and bath, as well as two balconies—one in the living room and another in the master bedroom.
The 68-square-meter site faces some of the residential place’s amenities such as a world-class deck, podium pool, and outdoor courts. Other features of The Grove include a function room, indoor basketball court, gym, dance studio, and library lounge.
The asking price also comes with one parking slot, which the actress previously revealed costs over P1 million.
From a P14 million price, it was slashed to P12 million in March 2022. It’s now being sold for P11.3 million. The listing states it’s still negotiable and it comes with flexible payment options.
