Al Pacino splits with 29-year-old girlfriend just months after welcoming newborn son
Just months after Al Pacino and his girlfriend Noor Alfallah welcomed their first child together, the two are now caught in a legal issue as Alfallah has filed for physical custody of their son.
According to documents obtained by entertainment news site The Blast, Pacino's 29-year-old ex-girlfriend filed a petition demanding full custody of their son, Roman, whom they welcomed in June.
The document stated that Pacino would have "reasonable visitation" of his baby and Alfallah agreed that he would have joint legal custody, allowing him to have a part in major decisions such as his son's schooling, medical treatment, and religion.
Included in the document is a "voluntary declaration of parentage" that was signed by both parties six days before baby Roman was born. This serves as proof of a "legal parent-child relationship between a child and parent," according to California Courts.
While an exact amount for the child support wasn't determined in the initial filing with the court, California laws require that the income of each parent must be established first before ordering child support.
"Obviously, in this situation, Al Pacino will be the one paying a monthly amount considering how much money he makes per year," the news outlet wrote.
Aside from this, Alfallah, a producer who has worked on various short films, is reportedly asking the court to force Pacino to pay for any attorney fees or costs associated with the case.
Pacino became a dad again at 83 when entertainment outlet TMZ reported that Alfallah was eight months pregnant with their child in late May. Prior to this, he already had three children with his ex-partners, including 33-year-old Julie with Jan Tarrant as well as 22-year-old twins Olivia and Anton with Beverly D’Angelo.
The former lovers sparked romance rumors in April 2022 when they were spotted on a dinner date. At the time, multiple sources confirmed they had been “quietly dating” since the COVID-19 pandemic.
