Beyoncé sends gift to 2-year-old Pinoy fan who went viral for calling her his 'friend'
Tyler and Beyoncé are officially friends!
The two-year-old son of host Bea Fabregas has received a sweet surprise from American superstar Beyoncé after going viral with his video, where he can be seen asking where the singer was and claiming they are friends.
“For the record, [Beyoncé] and Tyler are now actually, officially friends! Through the power of Queen B’s internet (millions of views and likes it’s crazy!) she saw the video and sent over some of her favorite blue flowers, a new animal best friend for Tyler,” Bea wrote in her Instagram post on Wednesday, April 24. She added that the gifts also came with a little note that read, “To my friend Tyler” and “I see your halo, Tyler.”
Her carousel post included photos of Tyler posing with his blue rose bouquet, playing with her blue unicorn stuffed toy, and a short screen video showing her conversation with Beyoncé’s publicist.
In the viral TikTok video, Tyler is seen looking for Beyoncé and asking permission if he could visit her because “they’re friends.”
Bea told him that he couldn't since she doesn’t live in the Philippines, and that they do not know her personally.
Tyler, however, insisted, “Oh, you know her personally, she’s my friend!” adding, “I want to meet her.” The adorable video has garnered 1.2 million likes and 11.9 million views as of writing.
Bea also expressed how she couldn’t believe that her son’s video reached the pop star.
“I mean with the amount of mentions and videos Beyonce gets everyday, it still blows our mind to know time was set aside to send this sweet gift over. My mama heart,” Bea wrote.
“Thank you to everyone who shared it, commented, liked it. Tyler maybe too young to remember all this, but [I]'ll always remind him to dream big and shoot for the stars!! BEYONCE SENT MY BABY FLOWERS!!!!” she concluded her post.
Bea welcomed Tyler in 2021 with her husband, former sportscaster Nikko Ramos. They tied the knot in 2020.
