Kylie Jenner gives a glimpse of son’s room that has a $9K teddy bear, over 20 pairs of sneakers
Kylie Jenner’s son isn’t two months old yet, but the baby already has an impressive collection of sneakers and toys that are worth over half a million pesos.
In her YouTube video titled “To Our Son” posted today, March 22, Jenner chronicled her pregnancy journey that started from the day she broke the happy news to her boyfriend Travis Scott until the couple welcomed their son on February 2.
The 10-minute clip included a quick tour of their baby’s room filled with basic neutrals, a sculpture-like crib, and shelves with wooden toys and children’s books.
While it may seem like any nursery you’d see in a modern house, the difference lies in the finer details.
For one, the baby has a rare Louis Vuitton DouDou teddy bear. This collector’s item is the first teddy bear made by the French fashion house in 150 years and was introduced as part of its 2004-05 Fall/Winter men’s runway collection.
It was rolled out in a limited edition of 500 for Louis Vuitton’s VIPs worldwide, with a price tag of $9,000 or approximately P472,000.
Then there’s the five-layer shoe closet filled with 22 pairs of baby sneakers. At six weeks old, Jenner’s son couldn’t even walk yet. But his footwear collection is one to delight any sneakerhead, as it comprises a pair of Nike Force 1 LV8 and multiple pairs of Nike Jordan basketball shoes among many others.
Jenner’s son is her second child with Scott, following their daughter Stormi who was born on February 1, 2018. A week after the cosmetics mogul gave birth to her son this year, she announced on social media that they will be naming him Wolf Webster.
In an Instagram Story posted Tuesday, she revealed that they will no longer call him Wolf as opposed to what they previously declared.
"We just really didn't feel like it was him. Just wanted to share because I keep seeing Wolf everywhere," she wrote. Jenner did not reveal her son’s new name and if they are also changing her son’s middle name Jacques.
