Sharon Cuneta bares her plans to write a book

Megastar Sharon Cuneta is planning to add another milestone to her already impressive résumé as she revealed her plans to write a book.

On Instagram, the veteran actress shared that she is now ready to start writing.

"I think I am ready to start writing my book," she wrote, adding that she thinks that she just needs "to collect her thoughts" to begin writing.

"[I] just need to collect my thoughts, and slowly, but surely, begin."

The 58-year-old actress also asked for prayer to her followers.

"Please pray for me kasi [I] am so busy taping pa," she said.

Followers and friends from the entertainment industry showered the comments section, supporting Sharon on her new endeavor.

"You got this sweetheart!" Martin Nievera said.

"Go Mama!!!" Jackie Lou wrote.

"An autobiography from Sharon Cuneta herself!!! Wow! What a novel idea! Without a doubt, you can do it. Ikaw pa?" a fan commented.

In July, Sharon announced she would return to TV with the primetime series Saving Grace, a Philippine adaptation of the hit Japanese drama Mother.

Actors Julia Montes, Sam Milby, Janice de Belen, Jennica Garcia, and Christian Bibles will join her.

In 2023, she starred in one of the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) movies, Family of Two, with Kapuso actor Alden Richards.

Aside from these, she is well-known for her roles in Pinoy blockbuster films such as Bukas Luluhod ang Mga Tala (1984), Bituing Walang Ningning (1985), Babangon Ako't Dudurugin Kita (1989), Kahit Konting Pagtingin (1990), Maging Sino Ka Man (1991), P. S I Love You (1994), Madrasta (1996), Crying Ladies (2003), Caregiver (2008) and Unexpectedly Yours (2017).
