Singer Jaya's house in the U.S. burned to the ground: 'We are all safe'
Singer Jaya Gotidoc shared on Monday, Aug. 8 that her house burned down.
In an Instagram post, the 52-year-old singer posted a picture of the charred remains of her house in the United States, which got consumed by flames.
Fortunately, she and her family managed to stay safe when fire was happening.
"God is so good! Our house just burned to the ground but we are all safe! I have no words but GOD IS GOOD!!!" Jaya captioned in her post.
Many of her fellow celebrities took the time to post prayers and wishes for her family's safety in the comments section.
"Praying for you and your whole family Iyay. Praise God you are all safe," Jackie Lou Blanco wrote.
Zsa Zsa Padilla commented, "Thank God your family is safe. Will be praying for you, Iyay."
Jaya is currently living in Silverdale, Kitsap in Washington state in the US after deciding to leave the Philippines during the height of the pandemic.
