Taylor Swift's cat is reportedly one of the richest pets in the word with $97 million net worth
Tech's bigwigs and Hollywood stars aren't the only ones with their annual rich list—apparently, pets have one, too. And among those leading the pack is Taylor Swift's cat, Olivia Benson, who is reportedly worth a staggering $97 million (P5.4 billion).
In a recent report by All About Cats, which used influencer marketing tools to determine the pets' net worth, the Midnights singer's fur baby emerged as the third richest pet in the world.
"With a whopping $97 million net worth, Olivia has found success outside the world of Instagram influencing. The Scottish Fold earned her fortune starring alongside her owner in several music videos, has crafted her own merchandise line, and has had cameos in many big-budget ads, including for the likes of Diet Coke and Ned Sneakers," the report read.
Hardcore Swifties may know that the kitty, along with Taylor's other cat Meredith, appeared in the 1989 World Tour in 2015. The pop star got the pet in June 2014 and named her after Mariska Hargitay's character on Law & Order: SVU.
Olivia was also featured in music videos for Blank Space and Me!, and also has her own merch line alongside Meredith, which include patches, pins, pens, stickers, and stud earrings. Taylor also has another cat named Benjamin.
Topping the list of the Ultimate Pet Rich List is a German shepherd named Gunther VI owned by the Gunther Corporation ($500 million) and Nala Cat ($100 million). At number four are Oprah Winfrey's pet dogs who each have their own trust fund.
