Rich, famous, and Pinoy: Heart Evangelista appears on Netflix's American series ‘Bling Empire’
Heart Evangelista is out and about slaying fashion weeks and, just recently, even global TV screens.
The Filipina actress and fashion icon has just been confirmed to appear in the third season of the popular reality series Bling Empire, which premiered on Netflix earlier today, Oct. 5.
The show's star Kane Lim teased the appearance of the Pinay actress prior to the release of season 3 in his recent Instagram story, surprising Filipino netizens. He shared a video of himself with Evangelista and Chinese-American film producer Kelly Mi Li.
“Philippines you asked for it you got it! Guess who will be [in] Bling Empire s3. Tune in tonight!” Lim captioned, tagging Evangelista.
Following Lim’s story, Evangelista herself tweeted minutes before the release of the full third season.
“Bling on Netflix in about 30ish minutes? See you” she told her followers.

Evangelista, who appears on the show's ninth episode, also expressed her gratitude to Lim and Li, who she also called "angels."
“’It was a fun cameo. Thank you, Bling Empire, for the sweetest party. To Kane and Kelly, you are angels," the actress tweeted.

In the episode, Lim throws a Filipino-inspired party for Evangelista, who he described to the viewers as "one of the famous and beloved actors in the Philippines."
"And she's one of the most influential influencers in the world," Lim added.
The Singaporean-American socialite also asked the actress what it's like to date a Filipino guy, to which she responded, "It's the best. I mean, they treat you like a princess and they're just very sweet."
Rumors of Evangelista taking part in the show made the rounds in August last year when she was spotted with Lim and Li.
Bling Empire is an American reality series that features the lavish lifestyle of real-life crazy rich Asians in America. The show stars Kane Lim, Anna Shay, Kevin Kreider, and Kim Lee, among others.
According to a report by Economic Times, Bling Empire is famous for being the first reality show in America to feature an all-Asian-American cast. It debuted on January 15, 2021, while its second chapter dropped in May 2022.
