LOOK: Actor-politician Ejay Falcon graduates from college
Actor and politician Ejay Falcon has earned his bachelor’s degree in political science.
Ejay was among the University of Makati graduates who marched at the commencement exercises at the Philippine International Convention Center on Friday, Aug. 30.
On his Facebook post, the Oriental Mindoro Vice Governor reminisced about his journey to earning his degree.
He added that his willingness to finish his education ignited again when he became a politician.
Ejay, who majored in Local Government Administration, shared that this feat took him 17 years to achieve.
As per ABS-CBN's report, the politician began his college studies in 2007 and previously took Hotel and Restaurant Management in hopes of getting a job abroad.
He also shared that he is planning to pursue his master's studies soon.
Ejay rose to fame after winning in the reality show, Pinoy Big Brother: Teen Edition Plus in 2008 and starred in various Pinoy teleseryes, including Dugong Buhay, Katorse, Pasion de Amor, and Sandugo, among others. In 2022, he was elected as Oriental Mindoro’s vice governor, making him the province's youngest elected official for the position.
