LOOK: The awe-inspiring details of Heart Evangelista’s GMA Gala 2023 look

Heart Evangelista was named Female Sparkle Star of the Night at the GMA Gala 2023—and it’s a no-brainer why. 

The actress showed up at the hotly anticipated event at the Marriott Hotel Grand Ballroom on Saturday, July 22 in a Schiaparelli couture piece, which she revealed took five months to make.

“I was hoping na talagang sana, hindi magbago ‘yung theme o bumagay siya sa theme kasi bahala na, susuotin ko pa rin siya kahit hindi siya ‘yung theme. Mag-a-adjust ako,” she said in her red carpet interview, referring to the affair’s “elegant formal” theme with a focus on monochromatic and neutral tones. She also revealed it's a treasure from one of her travels. 

The local star gave a closer look at her gala look in an Instagram post. “In couture, we trust,” she captioned her IG carousel.

Heart complemented her chosen outfit with a beige clutch decked out with hints of gold for an added oomph. She went for a simple hairstyle that gave the perfect balance to her edgy eye makeup. 

She counted on a good amount of jewelry to elevate her overall look. What caught our eye the most was her Serpenti necklace from Bulgari, which reportedly has a price tag starting at P7.6 million. It’s made with ruby and marquise-shaped diamonds as well as scales in gold and pops of silver. 

This is the second time that Heart attended the annual GMA Thanksgiving Gala, with proceeds going to the beneficiaries of the GMA Kapuso Foundation. Last year, she was named Glamorous Star of the Night.
