Miss Universe 2022 R’Bonney Gabriel drew laughs with her TikTok skit where she adorably said “Charot!”

In a TikTok video shared by content creator Jolo Luarca, the Filipino-American beauty queen can be seen pretending to be on the phone with someone, saying: “Do you have the password to come in? It’s ‘charot’! Okay, okay. See you soon. Bye.”

When asked by Luarca if she knows what it means, R’bonney said: “It’s ‘just kidding!’”

“And you always have to do it like that,” she added as she made a playful gesture with her hand.

The video has gone viral on social media with over 11,000 likes as of writing.

“She said charot with the tone of just kidding,” a netizen commented with a laughing emoji.

“Pinaka-expensive charot I’ve ever heard,” another one joked.

“Makakarating na sa USA ang charot,” a TikTok user wrote.

In January, R’Bonney made history as the first Filipino-American to bag the highly coveted crown at the Miss Universe 2022 pageant. While she represented the USA, she expressed her pride for being a half-Filipina and thanked her Pinoy fans for their support after her win.

The Fil-Am beauty is currently in the Philippines with her Filipino father and an American mother. She arrived in the country on May 10 for the Miss Universe Philippines 2023 coronation night on Saturday, May 13, where she served as one of the judges. The next day, she was seen waving to her fans from her dad’s home in Malate, Manila.
