EXO’s D.O. announces solo comeback in September
Heads up, Dandanies! EXO's D.O. is making a comeback and it might come sooner than you think.
Earlier today, Sept. 1, the K-pop idol took to social media to announce his comeback with his second mini-album titled Anticipate.
The seven-track EP is set to be released on Sept. 18 at 6 p.m. KST (5 p.m. Philippine time). It marks the first time D.O. will be launching a solo album since Empathy, which was released in July 2021.
Pre-orders started today in various online and offline music stores.
Although other details of the album are still kept under wraps, the teaser EXO released on social media shows D.O. sitting in front of a desk, lost in thought.
D.O. Kyungsoo is one of the most active members of EXO contributing to the group's recent full-length album Exist, which was released in July.
He has also been more active as an actor, starring in the recently released sci-fi film The Moon, where he played the role of an astronaut stranded on the moon trying to survive while waiting for help from Earth.
