'Soft skin and I perfumed it for ya': Sabrina Carpenter drops 'Me Espresso' perfume
Sabrina Carpenter perfumed it for ya. The rising pop star released a fragrance inspired by her smash hit Espresso.
"Introducing 'Me Espresso,'" Carpenter said in an Instagram post on Dec. 9. "The New Special Edition Fragrance available now! This one has become my new staple and obsession."
"Soft skin and I perfumed it for ya," she also said, referring to the lyrics of her song.
In the post, the 25-year-old artist can be seen holding a blue perfume bottle, which is shaped like a chocolate bar.
The bottle can also be seen resting in a bed of coffee beans.
Concept art also shows the bottle in an espresso martini.
According to her website, Fragrance by Sabrina, "Me Espresso" is "as addictive" as the coffee drink and "blends rich Cocoa Powder and Espresso Bean with the sensual allure of Night-Blooming Jasmine and Vanilla Orchid."
"Buttery Biscotti adds a delectable sweetness, while a finish of Caramel Drizzle, Sugared Amber, and Whipped Cream creates an irresistible warmth," it said.
The 75-ml (2.5-oz) perfume retails for $59.99 (P3,400).
"Me Espresso" is the latest product in Carpenter's perfume line, which includes "Cherry Baby," "Caramel Dream," and "Sweet Tooth."
Carpenter first gained recognition upon starring on Disney Channel's Girl Meets World from 2014 to 2017.
She released her debut single Can't Blame a Girl for Trying in 2014, followed by five studio albums: Eyes Wide Open (2015), Evolution (2016), Singular: Act I (2018), Singular: Act II (2019), and Emails I Can't Send (2022).
It was in April 2024 that she gained wider popularity with Espresso. She sustained her momentum with Please Please Please two months later.
Carpenter is nominated in six Grammy Awards categories, including Album of the Year, Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best New Artist.
In August, she released her sixth album Short n' Sweet, which also has other hits like Taste, Juno, and Bed Chem.
She held a concert in the Philippines last July 2023.
