Travis Kelce reacts to engagement rumors with Taylor Swift

Is Travis Kelce ready to take his relationship with Taylor Swift to the next level?

The Kansas City Chiefs football player reacted to speculations that he has popped the question to the American pop superstar in a press conference for the 2024 Super Bowl.

"I'm focused on getting this ring. That's all my mind is focused on right now," he told reporters.

Travis expressed his pride for the love of his life, who made history at the Grammy Awards on Monday, Feb. 5 (Philippine time) as the first performer to win Album of the Year four times.

"She's unbelievable. She's re-writing the history books herself, and I told her I'd have to hold up my end of the bargain and come home with some hardware, too," he said.

The athlete also talked about the singer's upcoming album The Tortured Poets Department, which the latter also announced at the recently concluded awards show. It's set to be released on April 19, with tracks like Fortnight (with Post Malone), Florida!!! (with Florence + the Machine), and So Long, London.

"I have heard some of it, yes, and it's unbelievable. I can't wait for her to shake up the world when it finally drops," he said.

Taylor sparked dating rumors with Travis in September after being spotted at Kansas City Chiefs' home game against the Chicago Bears. 

A source previously told Yahoo! Entertainment that the NFL star sees himself settling down with Taylor in the future. "He and Taylor have [even] talked about kids. Travis wants them in the next year or so, and Taylor, of course, is all in," the insider said.
