Miss Universe Organization translates 'Pang-ilan ka sa magkakapatid' to English; netizens share rib-tickling answers
"Pang-ilan ka sa magkakapatid?"
This Tagalog question has been an ongoing debate among Pinoys who are still racking their brains out on how to translate it into English.
Now, it appears that the discussion has finally ended after the Miss Universe organization released a video on social media, asking the English-translated question to Miss South Africa Ndavi Nokeri during the closed-door interview of the pageant.
The question flashed on the screen reads, "Of all the siblings in the family, where do you stand?"
“I’m the last. I’m the baby,” the beauty queen quipped.
The question grabbed the attention of Filipina content creator Ayn Bernos as she posted a snap on Twitter confirming its translation.
Ayn is known for her English language and grammar tutorials on Tiktok.
"Ayan na ang English niya 😅" she quoted.

Netizens, meanwhile, found the question funny as they tried answering it in the comments section of the tweet.
“I stand here not as one but as a hundred and four million Filipinos!!!” one netizen jokingly replied, parodying Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray's statement.

"I stand to show the world, the universe rather, that I am confidently beautiful with a heart," a user commented in reference to Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach's iconic answer in the Q&A portion of the pageant.
