TRENDING: Filipinos draw laughs with ‘memories’ at the ‘school of the super rich’
Oh, Pinoys!
You can always count on Filipino netizens to give you a good laugh when you need it. Just recently, a post about Brent International School—which has been known as the “school of the super rich” in the Philippines—went viral as it was flooded with hilarious comments about their “memories” at the campus.
“OMG! I remember the time when we needed to sell buko pie to fund our international school project. I miss all my classmates, shoutout to Section Santol,” a Facebook user wrote, adding heart emojis as a joke.
“I remember having a debate why Pluto is no longer a planet so my classmates and I arranged a private rocket tour in Milky Way. Elon Musk even accommodated us despite his busyness making his Teslas,” another one commented.
A social media user also joked about getting pranked by his “classmates” by hiding his car key. “I can’t find where I parked my Maserati that’s why I waited for two hours because my dad had to buy a Lamborghini instead to make me sundo,” a social media user wrote, adding that he was able to get revenge “by putting gold bars in their bags to make them heavy.”
“I remember the good old days talaga here, super. I miss eating in Japan during our recess and then going back after 30 minutes,” an Internet user said.
Another FB user, meanwhile, jokingly reminisced about the time they had the late Albert Einstein as their “substitute Science teacher.”
“My alma mater. I remember when I used to play jackstones with friends using the solar system,” a netizen joked.
Another one also joked about their alma mater song being “composed” by none other than Mariah Carey. “I had such good times here!”
