Get ready for the magic to return!

The official trailer for the third Fantastic Beasts movie set in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter is finally here.

The movie titled Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore, comes as the Harry Potter franchise is celebrating its 20th anniversary.

A teaser that dropped a few days ahead of the official trailer, gave fans a look at Mads Mikkelsen, as Gellert Grindelwald, the villain role played by Johnny Depp in the first two installments.

Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling wrote the screenplay with Steve Kloves. The movie is directed by David Yates, who directed the last four Harry Potter films and the first two Fantastic Beasts films.

The nearly three-minute long official trailer that dropped Monday (Dec. 13) showcases Professor Albus Dumbledore entrusting Magizoologist Newt Scamander to lead a team of wizards, witches and a muggle to stop Dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald from taking over the wizarding world. But with high stakes, Dumbledore himself may have to enter the battle to stop Grindelwald as shown towards the trailer’s end.

In 2018's Fantastic Beasts: Crimes of Grindelwald, it was revealed that Dumbledore’s long-lost brother Credence Barebone works with Grindelwald.

The trailer drops references to the original Harry Potter film series, including scenes in the Great Hall of Hogwart's Castle, Quidditch sequences, Hogwarts house points (“Three points to Hufflepuff!”), and the Room of Requirement.

Aside from Mikkelsen, Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore stars Eddie Redmayne as Newt Scamander, Jude Law as Albus Dumbledore, Katherine Waterston as Porpentina "Tina" Goldstein, Dan Fogler as Jacob Kowalski, Alison Sudol as Queenie Goldstein, Callum Turner as Theseus Scamander and Ezra Miller as Credence Barebone.

Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets Of Dumbledore is slated for a release in theaters on April 15, 2022.

In related news, the original Potter movie cast are reuniting for an HBO reunion special, Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts. Stars Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson are among the stars appearing in the show on New Year's Day which will air on HBO GO in the Philippines the same day as the US.
