Taylor Swift hints at upcoming music video for 'The Tortured Poets Department'
Taylor Swift has a lot in store for The Tortured Poets Department as she keeps dropping hints.
The Midnights singer posted another teaser video for her upcoming 11th studio album on her Instagram account.
First in view is a clock, pointing at 2:00 hanging on the wall above a green couch. As the camera pans, we see more of the room, which has wooden walls, papers scattered on the floor, picture frames on the wall, and vinyl records of Midnights.
Swifties are theorizing that she will be dropping two new albums or a deluxe version of the TTPD album.
The easter egg “2” was also seen at the TTPD pop-up library installation by Spotify in Los Angeles, California. A sculpture of a hand in a peace sign was seen in one of the cabinets of the installation.
After the room, the camera moves to an office with a plaque reading "The Tortured Poets Department."
There are two white tables and typewriters inside the space as well as a calendar hanging on the wall on the date 4/19 with “The Tortured Poets Department Release Day” written on it and an “8 p.m. EST – Music Video Release!!” below it.
A tally of 14 was also written in the calendar at the bottom. April 20 was also hinted in the teaser video which signifies Record Store Day.
Taylor Swift’s 11th Studio album The Tortured Poets Department will be released on April 19, 12 p.m. (Philippine time). The upcoming album will consist of 16 songs, with some tracks featuring Post Malone and Florence + The Machine.
Taylor Swift first announced TTPD as she received her 13th Grammy award for her album Midnights.
