Netflix’s ‘Bling Empire’ and ‘Selling Sunset’ to return for a new season, plus two new docusoaps
Get ready for more diamonds, more Chanel, and more cat fights because Netflix has just announced the renewal of Bling Empire and Selling Sunset, and the premier of two new docusoaps!
Early this year, we were gifted with a reality show called Bling Empire, introduced us to the crazy rich Asian-Americans friends living in Los Angeles, California. We witnessed them splurge on parties and jewelry, we saw one of them propose, and even track down a friend's birth father—all before the pandemic started! Now, we wonder what these Asians have been up to.
Meanwhile, Selling Sunset left us hanging at the end of season 3 with Chrishell Stause's divorce from actor Justin Hartley. For the next season, we are excited to find out how LA's most successful realtors at The Oppenheim Group are dealing with their careers and personal lives during the pandemic.
Aside from the renewals of Bling Empire and Selling Sunset, Netflix is also set to release two new series. An unnamed series by Adam DiVello, the same creator of Selling Sunset, follows a group of all-Black, all-female real estate company in Florida who work hard and play hard to be at the top of lavish world of luxury waterfront real estate.
And lastly, Bling Empire creator Jeff Jenkins brings another series that will introduce you to a fashion mogul's "untamed, unpredictable, unorthodox life." Called My Unorthodox Life, this show centers around the personal and professional life of Julia Haart—former member of an ultra-Orthodox Jewish community turned CEO of Elite World Group. Watch as she rules a global talent empire, while managing her four children who are conflicted with their two cultures.
