BTS-themed Instax camera inspired by ‘Butter’ gets PH release date

Fujifilm Instax has announced that it is launching the limited edition BTS x Instax Butter mini 11 in the Philippines on Dec. 17.

Accordind to the camera company, the special edition mini 11 is inspired by the no. 1 Billboard track and BTS’ smash-hit single Butter. 

The Instax mini 11 is a fresh entry-level instant camera from Fujifilm that makes use of the Instax mini film format. Refinements to the previous Instax mini 9 model include a new 'Selfie Mode' and better auto exposure compared to its predecessor.

The latest camera model is said to be the first entry model to feature an “Automatic Exposure” function, where the camera automatically senses the level of ambient light and optimizes the shutter speed and flash output according to the condition. This allows the mini 11 to capture bright backgrounds and bright subjects even in dark scenes.

Originally, the Instax mini 11 was available in five colorways, namely Blush Pink, Ice White, Sky Blue, Lilac Purple, and Charcoal Black. 

The limited-edition BTS x Instax Butter mini 11 featues a pop of buttery yellow and the iconic pattern with the Butter logo apparent on the camera body as well as a matching colorful camera strap.

The mini 11 BTS Butter Version limited edition bundle set retails for P5,999 inclusive of the camera, film, and accessories. Additional film will be sold separately for P450.

According to inquiries on Fujifilm's Facebook page, the first batch of pre-order stocks have already been sold out. The official launch of #BTSxInstax will be on Dec. 17.
