Lil Tay drops music video one month after death hoax: 'Y'all b*tches thought the show was over'
Rapper and influencer Lil Tay is back!
The 14-year-old dropped a music video for her new song Sucker 4 Green a month after her family announced her passing in an Instagram post, which was deleted the next day.
In a social media post on Sunday, Oct. 1, the online personality posted a snippet of the said MV, where she can be seen dancing and making money-sliding gestures in a matching orange top and skirt in front of luxury cars.
"IM BACK. IM BACK. IM BACK. LINK IN MY BIO. YALL B*TCHES THOUGHT THE SHOW WAS OVER," she wrote in the caption.
Her mother Angela Tian and her older brother, Jason Tian, also made an appearance in the video.
According to PEOPLE Magazine, Tay, during an Instagram LIVE session earlier in the day, told her fans, “I’m back. I'm exposing everyone. I’ve been waiting for this moment for years, studying my own craft and perfecting it along the way.”
“This video and song are only glimpses into the world I’ve been building. What and who I am are in the title of the song. Get with it or GTFO,” she added.

In August, Lil Tay made rounds online after her "death" was announced on her IG page. It was revealed to be a hoax a day later.
In the same month, TMZ reported that they had received a statement from Tay, saying that she is very much alive and that her Instagram was "compromised" and "used to spread jarring misinformation and rumors" about her.
Last week, the young rapper claimed on Instagram that her father, Christopher J. Hope, was the person behind the fake announcement.
“My abusive, racist, misogynistic, woman-beating father faked my death,” she alleged.
Christopher, for his part, denied the allegation, saying it's "100% false."
