'Lovely Runner' star Byeon Woo-seok to visit PH in June
Something made the summertime even more beautiful!
Byeon Woo-Seok, the South Korean actor who starred in the hit K-drama series Lovely Runner, is set to visit the Philippines for a fan meeting in June.
In a social media post, concert promoter PULP Live World announced that the "2024 Byeon Woo-seok Asia Fanmeeting Tour: Summer Letter in Manila" will happen on Saturday, June 22, at New Frontier Theater in Quezon City.
"This summer just became a whole lot lovelier because the one and only BYEON WOO-SEOK is coming to Manila!" the caption read.
Tickets selling will go on sale on Sunday, June 2, at 12 p.m. via TickeNet outlets and online.
Further details, including seat plans and ticket prices, are yet to be announced.
Byeon Woo-Seok recently starred in the romantic-comedy drama series Lovely Runner with South Korean actress Kim Hye-yoon.
He is also known for his roles in various hit K-drama series such as Flower Crew: Joseon Marriage Agency (2019), Record of Youth (2020), Moonshine (2021), and Strong Girl Nam-soon (2023).
He also gained widespread recognition for his leading role in the South Korean coming-of-age romance drama film 20th Century Girl in 2022, playing the role of Poong Woon-ho, the lovesick best friend of Na Bo-ra played by Kim Yoo-jung.
