BTS fan John Cena joins 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon' guesting
WWE Superstar John Cena is guesting during "BTS Week" on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
After the announcement of a "BTS week," where members of BTS will star at The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, NBC also revealed that John Cena will be joining the K-pop band as the lead interview guest for its second episode.
In case you didn't know, Cena is a proud member of the BTS ARMY. In an interview with The Late Late Show with James Corden, Cena shared that he was impressed with the K-pop band not only by their music and choreography, but because they "connect with everybody throughout the world."
Cena said, "I began to listen to their music, listen to their messages to their fans, and it's one of self-love, self-reflection, being confident with yourself even though you're different." He also added, "I think that's really cool when you have popularity and you choose to use your voice for something good. I think that’s a plus.”
Early this year, RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook also revealed themselves being big fans of the wrestler during an interview with Jimmy Fallon.
"We want to see him. He's a big fan of us, and we're big fans. We were always watching WWE since we were 13,” said RM.
After seeing the interview, Cena Tweeted his excitement over it and wished they could meet one day.
