BLACKPINK's Rosé looks back on her childhood, solo preparations in YouTube channel launch
Heads up, Blinks! BLACKPINK's Rosé has finally launched her much-anticipated YouTube channel.
For Rosé’s first entry, she opened up about her childhood, pre-debut experiences, solo preparations, BLACKPINK promotions, and passion for music.
“I was born in New Zealand so I needed an English name. My parents apparently bought a name book, I think it was my dad who looked through it. So, they were searching through names and he came across the name ‘Roseanne.’ I think dad found that name to be really nice so he decided on that,” Rosé shared.
The film also showed a glimpse into Rosé’s childhood days and life behind the scenes.
Rosé also talked about her debut single On The Ground. “The lyrics of this song are about a girl who works hard to chase her dreams,” she said.
