TCL Philippines launches premium smartphones in Phl

TCL Philippines—in partnership with leading IT and tech distributor VST-ECS—announced the arrival of two new TCL smartphones, expanding the brand into the country’s competitive mobile space. 

Enter the TCL 10 5G and TCL 20 SE, the latest mobile devices officially unveiled during the recent virtual media briefing titled “Experience More Greatness.”

TCL Philippines and VST-ECS welcomed the arrival of two TCL-powered smartphones into the PH market.

TCL 10 5G: 5G for every ‘Juan’

The TCL 10 5G—the company’s first 5G-enabled smartphone—spearheads TCL’s re-entry into the PH mobile market. It aims to bring lightning-fast 5G connectivity into the hands of more Filipinos.

A quick look at the specs reveals a Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G 5G octa-core processor with AI (7nm), 6.53-inch FullHD+ display with 91 percent screen-to-body ratio, 1080 x 2340 pixels, 19.5:9 ratio, with cameras being 64MP main, 8MP ultrawide (118-degrees), 5MP macro and 2MP depth, selfie camera: 16MP powered by 4-in-1 big pixel tech for brighter selfies and low-light photos.

It also has a large 4,500 mAh battery with 18W Qualcomm Quick Charge, can reverse-charge smaller devices with OTG function.

Also interesting to note is the bevy of easy-to-use features and shortcuts built into the TCL 10 5G like the intuitive Dynamic TCL UI, reader-friendly Eye Comfort Display, customizable Smart Key and Super Bluetooth that can connect up to four Bluetooth speakers or headphones.

 TCL 20 SE: Cinema on the go

Up next is the more affordable TCL 20 SE; a solid all-around performer with improved imaging and longer battery life. It also adds many entertainment capabilities for hours of enjoyment.

Specs and feature-wise, it has a Qualcomm octa-core chipset, 6.82-inch V-notch display with 90 percent screen-to-body and 20.5:9 aspect ratio, Smart Floating Window, video playback through SDR-to-HDR and a dual speaker with Hi-Res Audio certification.

TCL 20 SE is powered by a beefy 5,000 mAh battery with OTG reverse charging capability, perfect for streaming your favorite Netflix films and series. It comes in two colors: Nuit Black and Aurora Green. 

These latest TCL-branded smartphones use TCL’s self-curated NXTVISION visual tech for improved display and camera outputs.

Both the TCL 10 5G and TCL 20 SE will be exclusively distributed by VST-ECS Phils., Inc. through a network of more than 200 retailers nationwide, starting April 2021.
