Trending: Mimiyuuuh and VP Leni Robredo cook lugaw, banter about love, and dance in viral collab
Mimiyuuuh is now making the rounds online for her collaboration with Vice President Leni Robredo, where the duo engaged in friendly banter while making lugaw.
In a 16-minute vlog dubbed “Cooking Essential Lugaw with VP Leni Robredo,” the content creator bonded with the presidential aspirant over the latter’s lugaw recipe as she asked her some wholesome questions, including the topic of getting a “jowa” in the time of the pandemic. “Ako, ang paniniwala ko kasi, dapat hindi mo siya sini-seek. Paniniwala ko nga, kapag sineek mo, ‘yun tuloy yung mga hindi naglalast,” said Robredo. “So, mas mabuti na take your time kasi yung para sayo ay dadating ‘yun.”
“Kapag dumating ‘yan, yung para sa’yo talaga yung dadating,” she continued.
Robredo added that if one’s desire for a love life becomes too much, one’s judgment and decision-making could get clouded. “Kapag sobra yung desire mong magkaroon ng jowa, paminsan, maka-cloud yung pagtingin mo, diba?” she said. “Kapag dumating, akala mo, siya na. Tapos later on, marerealize mo, ay hindi pala ‘yun dahil lang sa desire mo magkaroon.”
In response to her love advice, Mimiyuuuh jokingly said: “Inaano ba kita diyan, VP Leni? Gusto ko lang naman kumain ng lugaw! Inaano mo ako!”
On top of the YouTube vlog's nearly 900,000 views as of this writing, they also made a TikTok video that drew laughs and brought delight to netizens. The now-viral clip shows them doing trending dance moves and poses.

In a tweet in response to a question, Robredo said that her team didn't pay the social media star for their collaboration.
Not at all. Mimiyuuuh invited me to guest months ago but it got pushed back several times because first I needed to isolate. After my isolation, siya naman yung nagka exposure.
