Catriona Gray to judge at Miss Universe Colombia 2020
Catriona Gray is coming back to Miss Universe—this time, as an official judge at its Colombia 2020 tilt.
After becoming part of the judging panel of Miss South Africa and Miss Universe Thailand competitions last year, our very own Miss Universe 2018 shared in an Instagram post that she’s going to Colombia next month for the pageant, which will be held on November 16.
She made the same announcement in an interview on ABS-CBN News Channel, saying she “has been personally invited by the national head of Colombia.”
On the side, Gray added, she will also work with Smile Train Colombia as its global ambassador.
“Smile Train, for those who are watching who may not know, is an organization in more than 90 countries around that give free surgery and comprehensive care to patients suffering from cleft lip and palate,” she explained. It’s an organization that has been close to her heart even before her Miss Universe win, aside from Young Focus that aims to provide educational and social support for children as well as Love Yourself, Inc. that looks to raise awareness of HIV/AIDS and break the stigma that goes with it.
