WATCH: Trailer for dark romantic film 'Bones and All' starring Timothée Chalamet and Taylor Russell
Maybe love will set you free.
Dune actor Timothée Chalamet, Escape Room actress Taylor Russell and Dunkirk actor Mark Rylance are all set to make November spookier with the horror-romance road movie, Bones and All.
The film reunites Chalamet with Call Me By Your Name director Luca Guadagnino in the movie adaptation based on the 2015 novel of the same name by Camille DeAngelis and screenplay by David Kajganich.
Bones and All tells the story of a young woman Maren, played by Russell, learning how to survive on the margins of society as she finds love with Lee, played by Chalamet, an intense and disenfranchised drifter.
The two meet and join together for a thousand-mile odyssey which takes them through the back roads, hidden passages, and trap doors of Ronald Reagan’s America. But despite their best efforts, all roads lead back to their terrifying pasts and a final stand that will determine whether their love can survive their otherness.
The trailer, released by Warner Bros, shows glimpses of the ominous journey of Chalamet and Russell’s characters who try to escape their bloody past.
Bones and All made its debut at the 2022 Venice Film Festival and will premiere on November 23 in Philippine theaters.
