Meet the cast of 'Black Mirror' season 6: Aaron Paul, Josh Hartnett, Kate Mara, Zazie Beetz and more
Who's ready for more mind-blowing Black Mirror episodes?
The cast for the Netflix hit anthology series' sixth season has been revealed and it includes a handful of big names.
According to Variety, Aaron Paul (Breaking Bad), Josh Hartnett (Pearl Harbor), Kate Mara (House of Cards), Zazie Beetz (Atlanta), Paapa Essiedu (I May Destroy You), Danny Ramirez (Top Gun: Maverick), Clara Rugaard (I Am Mother), Auden Thornton (This Is Us), and Anjana Vasan (Killing Eve) are set to appear in the new episodes.
It's been three years since Season 5 of the mind-boggling Black Mirror came out on Netflix. The last season had three episodes and featured a star-studded cast including Anthony Mackie, Topher Grace, and Miley Cyrus.
Creator Charlie Brooker said he didn't want to make more episodes of the tech-horror series during the global pandemic. "I don't know what stomach there would be for stories about societies falling apart, so I'm not working on any of those," he said in 2020.
In May, Variety reported that a new series of the dystopian drama was in the works but details about the stories haven't been revealed. There's no word yet on when Black Mirror season 6 will drop.
