‘Resident Evil Village’ is getting DLC, multiplayer mode

Can’t stop simping  and drooling over the tall vampire lady? Hopefully, we’ll be seeing more of her and the rest of the Resident Evil Village characters as Capcom announces at E3 that the popular game will be getting downloadable content.

Capcom says the DLC is in the works due to popular demand. There aren’t any details yet as to whose story the DLC will follow, but the gaming company promised more info at a later date. If we go by the “popular demand” phrasing in the announcement, this could imply more content featuring the game’s most popular character, Lady Dimitrescu. Another possibility is the return of Ada Wong, who was actually supposed to rescue Ethan from the hands of Heisenberg in the first scenes.

There is something Resident Evil Village fans can look forward to next month. Producer Tsuyoshi Kanda confirms the release of Resident Evil RE: Verse, the game’s online multiplayer version. It will be free to play for those who have purchased Resident Evil Village.
