Are Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars making new music together?
The Just Dance singer appears to have teased the collaboration in an Instagram reel on Wednesday, Aug. 14.
In the video, Gaga, with black hair, no makeup, black shorts, and stockings, smiles at the camera as she sets it up. She then plays a few chords on a white piano.
But the most crucial detail was her black shirt showing Mars in his signature white cap.
Fans couldn't help but notice the devil in the details.
"I SEE YOU BRUNO," one user said with eyes emoji.
"The T-shirt," another user said.
Mars also shared Gaga's reel on his Instagram story.
The latter also made fans go gaga over the rumored collaboration when she dropped tears of joy and three black heart emojis in the comments section of her post. It got over 49,000 likes to date.
Pop Base, which shares pop culture updates to over 1.5 million followers on X, on Aug. 10 first shared the report of Hits Daily Double, an American magazine with a focus on the music industry, about the rumored collab.
Mars and Gaga's song is reportedly titled Die with a Smile, and is "due sometime this month," according to Hits.
"Nothing is confirmed, but we're already dancing around the room," the magazine added.
If true, it will be the first-ever tie-up between the two.
Gaga is known for the songs Poker Face, Bad Romance, Bloody Mary, and Always Remember Us This Way. She has collaborated with K-pop girl group BLACKPINK for Sour Candy and actor Bradley Cooper for Shallow, the original soundtrack for the 2018 movie A Star is Born where they starred together.
Mars, meanwhile, is known for hits like Nothing on You (with B.o.B), Billionaire (with Travis McCoy), Just the Way You Are, 24K Magic, and Versace on the Floor. He is also the other half of Silk Sonic alongside Anderson .Paak.
