Here's proof that US Vice President Kamala Harris is a BTS ARMY
If you need a little bit more of good news today, well, BTS fans believe that US Vice President Kamala Harris is an ARMY—and they have proof!
Kamala, who was sworn in as the 49th Vice President of the United States yesterday, made history for being the first woman, first Black woman, and first South Asian woman to become Vice President of the United States. And because all eyes are on her and on US President Joe Biden, BTS fans were quick to notice that out of the 779 accounts Madam Vice President is following on her new Twitter account, @VP, BTS is one of those!
Fans were so delighted about the news, and shared to Twitter their excitement. One Twitter user said Harris "got taste," while another said that the following was "not expected" but that he's also "not surprised."
The ARMY also couldn't help but point out that Harris also wore purple—BTS' color and a symbol of bipartisanship in the US, as well as the color for woman suffrage—during her inauguration.

And because the ARMY wanted more evidence, they also found Harris' Spotify account—which has only one public playlist. They found that she included not only the old-school classics like Day Dreaming by Aretha Franklin, Got to Be Real by Cheryl Lynn, Pastime Paradise by Stevie Wonder, Cold Sweat by James Brown, but also modern hits from Beyonce, Lizzo, Ariana Grande, Khalid, and—you guessed it—BTS!
