There's now a Taylor Swift-themed Wordle called 'Taylordle'
Another win for the Swifties.
With the simple yet addicting word game Wordle taking over the Internet, a number of clones have appeared online from a Filipino version to even an NSFW one. This time around, meet Taylordle, the Wordle clone for Taylor Swift fans.
Created by the Taylor Swift podcast Holy Swift, the mechanics are simple enough as they essentially mimic the five-letter guessing of the original game: Gamers have had six tries to guess a five-letter word. If you have the right letter in the right spot, the box will turn green. If it's the right letter in the wrong spot, it will be yellow. And if the letter isn't in the word at all, it will just show gray.
The catch is that only Taylor Swift references relevant to the so-called 'Swiftie Universe' are used in this new clone.
Though the name Taylordle might not also roll off the tongue as easily as its original counterpart, Swifties have raved over the game since its release on Jan. 28.
