Haikyuu teases intense battles in Season 4 trailer

After delays due to the pandemic, Haikyuu!! To The Top is finally returning to screens for the second half of its 4th season.

The 82-second final trailer released by TOHO Animation gives a quick glimpse of what to expect in the upcoming episodes. 

Shoyo Hinata, Tobio Kageyama, and the rest of Karasuno High School begin their second official match in the Spring Nationals Tournament. This time, the crows are up against the skilled team of Inarizaki High, known for the foxy combo of volleyball wonder twins Atsumu and Osamu Miya.

Dubbed as the “strongest challengers,” Inarizaki is popular for their unconventional play style and tendency to take risks.

Back in Season 3, Karasuno mustered enough grit and tenacity to defeat powerhouse Shiratorizawa. Meanwhile, the first half of Season 4 followed the team as they slowly inched their way to the top of the bracket in the Nationals.

Will the crows emerge victorious? Or will they fall at the hands of the crafty foxes? We’ll find out soon enough.

The second half of Haikyuu!! To The Top will return on Oct. 2, streaming on Crunchyroll alongside its Japanese release date.
