Remember the mysterious disappearance of flight MH370? Netflix is releasing a docu on that soon
Can you still recall the mysterious disappearance of the Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370 in 2014?
Netflix is set to release a new documentary series on the case, hoping to address three of the theories about it through “powerful archives” in the form of detailed investigations and in-depth interviews with family members, journalists, and scientists, among other individuals hoping to discover what really transpired when the plane went missing.
Set across seven countries, the three-part docuseries puts the spotlight on the story that’s “full of conspiracies and rabbit holes, shadowy figures, and official silence." Netflix also called it “an opportunity to keep alive the memory of those who were lost in one of the great unsolved mysteries of our time and to keep pushing for answers.”
On March 8, 2014, the flight MH370 with over 239 people (227 passengers and 12 crew members) on board disappeared from all radar, prompting an investigation in different parts of the globe in the years that followed. “Despite official reports, countless theories, and tireless searches for evidence, one central question remained: What are we missing?” the streaming platform said.
MH370: The Plane That Disappeared is set to be released on Netflix on March 8—exactly nine years after the incident.
